It was a disaster waiting to happen.
Every photo shot since arriving in New York was stored on my desk top. I had no back up even though we
have been told repeatedly to have 2-3 external drives and to back up weekly.
Had my computer crashed, potentially all my photos would have permanently disappeared. I am far enough along
that this would have been devastating.
As I sat down to right my wrong, Sakshi Parikh saw my frustration and offered to help.
Three hours later, I had a beautifully organized photo filing system. The photos are backed up on my first of
two external drives and I am finally adopting an effective work flow.
I also upgraded to OS X Yosemite and added a new transit app on my Iphone.
All this because of Sakshi to whom I am eternally grateful.

Janet Pacey - OH god I know that pain all too well. Currently have 4 back up drives, all mirrors of each other and a 'cloud' thing. Glad you got organized.

Squid - Now you are speaking my language , workflows , data, computers. Now all you need are costing models to support the workflows to make a business case for more external hard drives. Glad you resolved this before it became a crisis of epic proportions. I've seen that movie before. Thank you to Sakshi .......
Keep up the good work. Much love from 57 Street gang.
